According to the schematic, it may be P-channel MOSFET Si7121DN in PowerPAK 1212-8 Dual package - I linked datasheet below.

Transistor replaced with AON7401 and everything works ok.

Thank both of you for your help. @xamledyD was quicker, so help goes to him.
