Witam. Trafiła do mnie konsola Xbox One która po podłączeniu zasilacza nie uruchamia się, słuchać próbkowanie przetwornicy. Oporność na L8B1, L9B1, L9B2 praktycznie zerowa. Na termowizji zauważyłem grzejący się mosfet Q9D3 no i faktycznie po jego demontażu pomiędzy źródłem a drenem jest zwarcie, natomiast na płycie głównej po wylucie w miejscu pomiędzy źródłem a drenem jest około 40Ω, tak samo oporność na L8B1, L9B1, L9B2 po wylucie Q9D3 wynosi teraz około 40Ω. Czy to nie za mało? Nie mam doświadczenia w naprawie konsol a tego typu usterkę próbuję naprawić pierwszy raz.
Mosfet który jest uszkodzony ma oznaczenie 8334, czy jest to IRFHM8334TRPBF? Jeśli tak to jest to N-Channel 30 V 13A, czy mogę go zastąpić jakimś innym mosfetem np AON7408?
Czy rezystancja na R9D6 powinna być tak niska jak na obrazku?
